Continuous Brake Testing System for Railway Trains

This week we are pleased to share our continuous brake testing system for railway trains, housed in a 20’ container.
Developed in compliance with the applicable European Community standards, including UIC 540 and UIC 543:2007, the system:
Can serve 8 tracks, with the option to extend to additional tracks on request
Performs tests on 2 trains simultaneously
Includes an independent compressed air generation and treatment unit
Allows the operator to manage the process remotely via tablet

How does the test work?

  1. Connection of the air hoses
  2. Selection of train type from the operator panel
  3. Pressurization of the brake pipe, isolation and leak verification
  4. Operator inspection (walking along the full length of the train) to confirm brake release status
  5. Positive result confirmation via tablet
  6. Test completion command & report printing

Technology, efficiency and reliability… are you ready to discover the future of railway brake testing?
