This week we are pleased to share our continuous brake testing system for railway trains, housed in a 20’ container.
Developed in compliance with the applicable European Community standards, including UIC 540 and UIC 543:2007, the system:
Can serve 8 tracks, with the option to extend to additional tracks on request
Performs tests on 2 trains simultaneously
Includes an independent compressed air generation and treatment unit
Allows the operator to manage the process remotely via tablet
How does the test work?
- Connection of the air hoses
- Selection of train type from the operator panel
- Pressurization of the brake pipe, isolation and leak verification
- Operator inspection (walking along the full length of the train) to confirm brake release status
- Positive result confirmation via tablet
- Test completion command & report printing
Technology, efficiency and reliability… are you ready to discover the future of railway brake testing?
