We have successfully completed the SAT of our converter test bench at our customer’s site in Canada.
Our test bench is designed to power the onboard vehicle converter with 750V DC and to thoroughly test all its internal functionalities.
Through direct communication with the installed software, we verify that every component operates correctly by simulating real operating conditions.
In particular, our test bench:
• Simulates vehicle behavior
• Applies loads to the 4 converter outputs
• Simulates operation at maximum power
A crucial test to ensure reliability, performance, and safety.
